Number of People in a Group
Groups are generally 15-20 people, depending on the event. They
can be friends, colleagues, associates, family or any number of
people that want to see the show together.
Group discounts vary per show, but typically offer a savings per
ticket. They include great seats and you are able to sit together
as a group to gain maximum enjoyment from the event.
Contact the Group Sales department at 336.734.1586 or email to email@example.com for group minimums, dates, times and pricing. There is one $5
handling fee per group order. Youll also receive personalized
service when placing your order. Tickets can be reserved by giving
the Group Representative a credit card to hold your order while
you organize your group. Typically a mutually agreed upon deadline
will be set for payment and this allows you to make additions
and subtractions to your group while reserving great seats.
Group Ticket Order Deadlines
Order deadlines vary by show. Typically the deadline is 48-72
hours prior to the event, however, please ask your Group Representative.
Paying for Group Tickets
Once you have reserved your tickets you can make a payment with
one credit or debit card. Accepted forms of payment include Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Personal checks
and money orders are not accepted. Only company or organization
checks will be accepted with payment arrangements made prior to
the event date. Cash or drop off payments must be scheduled in
advance also. **Service Charges and Other Fees May Apply.
Getting Your Tickets
Once you have paid for your tickets, your tickets will be mailed
to the group coordinator to be distributed to the entire group
as long as the event is one week from purchase date. For tickets
purchased less than one week out from the event or by special
arrangement, tickets can be picked up in person or left at will
call for the day of the event to be picked up under one persons
name to be distributed to the rest of the group.
Refunds, Exchanges and Lost Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged.
If the event cancels or postpones, a full reund will be available.
